一、學(xué)校簡介
北京師范大學(xué)廣安實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校項(xiàng)目是岳池縣完善城市功能、提升教育水平的招商引資項(xiàng)目，是部省共建廣安、北師大攜手廣安的重要項(xiàng)目，是廣安市教育體育局（廣市教體辦〔2015〕65號）批準(zhǔn)同意設(shè)立的集幼兒園、小學(xué)、初中、高中一體化的全日制民辦學(xué)校。2014年8月，岳池縣人民政府與四川才華九龍建設(shè)工程有限公司簽訂了《辦學(xué)協(xié)議》。2015年4月23日，北京師范大學(xué)、廣安市人民政府、四川才華九龍建設(shè)工程有限公司簽訂了三方合作辦學(xué)協(xié)議。
學(xué)校占地110畝，總投資2.8億元，建筑面積75290平方米，分兩期建設(shè)。2014年9月啟動(dòng)學(xué)校建設(shè)，2015年8月一期工程完工，目前正在加快二期工程建設(shè)。學(xué)校將建成教學(xué)大樓、實(shí)驗(yàn)室、圖書館、微機(jī)室、語音室、音樂室、美術(shù)室、形體訓(xùn)練室、室內(nèi)體育館、多功能室、綜合辦公樓、男女學(xué)生公寓樓、學(xué)生食堂等教學(xué)用房和教學(xué)輔助用房；配有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)場、塑膠田徑場、籃球場、羽毛球場等活動(dòng)場地，裝備空調(diào)、多媒一體機(jī)等教學(xué)設(shè)備；學(xué)生公寓內(nèi)有衛(wèi)生間、空調(diào)、電話、衣柜、書桌、熱水器等設(shè)備，全力打造市內(nèi)硬件設(shè)施一流的學(xué)校。
2015年9月，學(xué)校正式開班行課，現(xiàn)有教職工150余人，其中，特級教師、高級教師、學(xué)科帶頭人、省市優(yōu)秀教師、骨干教師60余人。2016年計(jì)劃招聘教師100余名，其中，省內(nèi)招聘特級教師、學(xué)科帶頭人、名優(yōu)教師、骨干教師60名以上。學(xué)校聘請了教育專家顧問團(tuán)隊(duì)，借助北京師范大學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，共享北京師范大學(xué)旗下50余所合作辦學(xué)單位教學(xué)成果，與成都四、七、九中優(yōu)秀教師聯(lián)姻結(jié)對，傾力打造省內(nèi)師資團(tuán)隊(duì)一流的學(xué)校。
學(xué)校現(xiàn)有學(xué)生900余人，教學(xué)班26個(gè)；2016年計(jì)劃招生900人，開設(shè)教學(xué)班28個(gè)。學(xué)校實(shí)行小班教學(xué)，小學(xué)、初中班額不超過40人，高中班額不超過45人；開設(shè)“課程超市”，學(xué)生根據(jù)興趣和愛好選擇課程，實(shí)行“走班制”教學(xué)，最大限度地滿足學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展需要；實(shí)行“寄宿制”管理，優(yōu)越的食宿條件，為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活提供舒適的環(huán)境；從小學(xué)一年級開始英語口語訓(xùn)練，推行“實(shí)驗(yàn)外語”教學(xué)；以國學(xué)經(jīng)典誦讀為切入點(diǎn)，大力開展國學(xué)經(jīng)典教育；開展好“校園足球”活動(dòng)，形成以足球?yàn)樘厣膬?yōu)勢項(xiàng)目；在小學(xué)、初中、高中一年級開設(shè)寫字課，開辦書法培訓(xùn)班，讓學(xué)生都能寫一手好字，為學(xué)生成才提供要素保障。
為優(yōu)化北京師范大學(xué)廣安實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校教師結(jié)構(gòu)，突出“實(shí)驗(yàn)外語”特色教學(xué)，提升隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)，拓寬學(xué)生國際視野，培養(yǎng)外語綜合能力，特面向社會公開招聘外籍教師。
二、學(xué)科及名額

三、招聘條件、要求及待遇
（一）招聘條件
1.年齡在23-55歲之間，來自美國、英國、澳大利亞、加拿大等以英語為母語國家人員。
2.已獲得大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷。
3.有一年以上第二語言教學(xué)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.持有TESOL，Tefl，Tesl三證之一或有同等資質(zhì)。
（二）崗位要求
1.每周至少完成26個(gè)課時(shí)（40分鐘/課時(shí)），每月不少于100課時(shí)。
2.工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，不得無故遲到、早退、缺課。請假需履行學(xué)校相關(guān)程序。
（三）教師待遇
1.每月工資10000元左右。
2.合同履行期間法定節(jié)假日帶薪休假，寒暑假視情況給以適當(dāng)補(bǔ)助。
3.我校提供食宿，協(xié)助辦理工作簽證，并配有外事專管員協(xié)助工作。
4.完成一年合約后，學(xué)校將提供不超過8000元探親機(jī)票補(bǔ)助。

The Guangan Experimental School of Beijing Normal
University project is an investment- attracting project of Yuechi County to improve the city functions and improve education; it is also an important project for the Ministry of Education and Sichuan province to co-construct Guangan as well as an important project for Beijing Normal University to help with Guangan’s development. Under the permission of Guangan Educational Sports Bureau, the full-time private school was set up to provide education for the students from kindergarten to senior high school.
The school covers an area of 110 mu and after complete construction, there will be many buildings for education and assistant teaching, such as teaching buildings, laboratories, libraries, computer rooms, language labs, music rooms, art rooms, body training rooms, an indoor gymnasium, multi-function rooms, a comprehensive office building, male and female students’ apartment blocks, student dining rooms. Besides, the school will be equipped with a standard sports field, a plastic track and field, basketball courts, badminton courts and other venues; and it will be equipped with air conditioners, multi media and other teaching equipment. In Student apartments there are bathrooms, air conditioners, telephones, wardrobes, desks, water heaters and other equipment to create the city's first-class school in hardware facilities.
The Guangan Experimental School of Beijing Normal University School adherings to the school running concept: to lay the foundation of children's life-long joy and happiness, focusing on cultivating students to study happily and then live a happy life. "To be beautiful, healthy, intelligent and honest” is used as the school motto, focusing on cultivating students to be positive and wise, healthy and elegant. "To learn how to learn, to learn to live, to learn how to behave well, to learn how to do things rightly" is the school’s goal of educating people, focusing on cultivating students to be honest people, to work with sureness, to understand themselves and develop themselves. The school strives to create a school spirit: to be full of passion, to be creative, to learn happily, to give proper guidance to students, trying to build a platform for students to learn scientific, academic and cultural knowledge and to build a strong and healthy body.
In September 2015, the school formally opened up, with a staff of more than 150 people, more than 60 of whom are special-grade teachers, senior teachers, academic subject leaders, provincial or city’s outstanding teachers or key teachers. In 2016, the school plans to recruit more than 100 teachers, of whom more than 60 are special-grade teachers, senior teachers, academic subject leaders, provincial or city’s outstanding teachers or key teachers in Sichuan Province. Having hired an education advisory team, taking advantage of the high-quality educational resources of Beijing Normal University, sharing the teaching achievements of over 50 schools which cooperate with Beijing Normal University, with the help of the outstanding teachers from Chengdu Shishi High School, Chengdu NO.7 High School and Chengdu Shude High School, The Guangan Experimental School of Beijing Normal University has been its best to make itself a school with first-class teachers in Sichuan province.
Now there are 26 classes, more than 900 students in the school. In 2016, the school plans to arrange 28 classes, about 900 students, with at most 40 primary school or junior high school students and at most 45 senior high school students in each class. The curriculum is designed to meet the needs of students' personality development. Students choose their subjects according to their interests and likes, studying what they need using the “Mobile Learning System”. To provide a comfortable environment for students to learn and live, this is a boarding school providing excellent lodgings and food. All the students even including the first grade pupils get Oral English training, because the school carries out "Experimental English Teaching". Through Chinese classics reading, the school gives education about Chinese classics. Carrying out “Campus Football” activities, the school will feature football as one of its advantages. In addition, the school has opened calligraphy training courses for all the students, so that students can write a good word, thus contributing to students’ healthy growth.
2 NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS WANTED
Starting Date: starts on February, 2016 to July 2017.(One-year and a half contract)
Remuneration Package:
1. Salary: around 10,000 yuan RMB per month
2. No more than 8,000 yuan RMB worth of international airfare for one year duration.
3. Accommodation, food and Z visa are provided
4. Enjoy certain percent of month salary in national holidays, summer and winter vacation during the contract.
5 Teaching Load: 18 hours per week, i.e. 26 academic hours per week. The duration of class: 40 minutes.
Requirements:
1. Applicants should be NATIVE English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, have at least a Bachelor degree .
2. Applicants should be graduated before 2015.
3. Applicants with a TESOL certificate or English teaching experiences in English-speaking countries have priority; a publication record is preferable.
4. Devotion to teaching: patient, responsible and enthusiastic;
5．Age: between 23-55 years old
