About SCUPI四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院簡介：

Sichuan University - Pittsburgh Institute (SCUPI) is a new academic entity jointly established by the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) in the U.S. and Sichuan University (SCU) in China. Officially approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of China in March 2014, SCUPI is one of the five institute-scale collaborative programs between leading universities in the U.S. and China. SCUPI stands out for its technical focus on advanced and sustainable manufacturing and offers three undergraduate majors in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), and Materials Science and Engineering (MSE). The curricula at SCUPI is based on Pitt’s Swanson School of Engineering’s core curriculum and they are instructed in English. The first class of SCUPI started in fall, 2015.

       四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院是由四川大學(xué)與美國匹茲堡大學(xué)合作新成立的中外聯(lián)合學(xué)院，是兩所享有國際聲譽的中美名校強強聯(lián)合進行國際化辦學(xué)的新模式。學(xué)院是教育部正式批準的中美大學(xué)合作機構(gòu)層次的五所學(xué)院之一，引入了國際一流大學(xué)的辦學(xué)理念、課程體系、師資力量及優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。融合兩校的學(xué)術(shù)及教育的優(yōu)勢，四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院致力于提供先進的工程教育。匹茲堡學(xué)院開設(shè)工業(yè)工程、機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化、材料科學(xué)與工程三個本科專業(yè)。學(xué)院按照匹茲堡大學(xué)工學(xué)院的課程設(shè)置用全英文進行授課，并從2015年開始招生。

Student Counselor 學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員 (1)

Position Description 崗位描述：

The Student counselor needs to devote significant efforts to recruiting, advising, and managing student affairs in the Institute. The Counselor plays an active and leadership role in coordinating student recruiting activities, which includes meetings, workshops, presentations and travel. Managing student affairs may follow the relevant guidelines provided by the University.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)：

Advise prospective students through school visit, telephone/video interview and email, and provide assistance throughout the admission process向?qū)W生提供招生咨詢及入學(xué)錄取相關(guān)幫助

Help students familiar with SCUPI curriculum and provide advice based on individual’s academic needs幫助學(xué)生熟悉學(xué)院課程并根據(jù)個人情況提供學(xué)術(shù)咨詢

Manage student affairs based on University guidelines and coordinate with relevant university units根據(jù)學(xué)校規(guī)章制度及與相關(guān)部門一起管理學(xué)生工作

Collect and maintain a variety of student data收集并處理學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)信息

Act as first-line interface between the Institute and students and parents作為學(xué)院、學(xué)生及家長的聯(lián)系紐帶

Provide students with career path, future placement and advanced studies information為學(xué)生提供職業(yè)發(fā)展及研究生學(xué)習(xí)等相關(guān)方面的信息咨詢

Assist in carrying out student activities協(xié)助開展學(xué)生活動

Qualifications 招聘條件： 

Master’s degree in Education, Public Relation, Communications or other related fields, oversea diploma or working/intern experience from an English speaking country required教育、公共關(guān)系、傳播學(xué)及其它相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士文憑，擁有英語國家求學(xué)或工作/實習(xí)背景

High level of English proficiency 優(yōu)秀的英語能力

2-3 years’ experience working with students at the collegiate level is a plus擁有2-3年高校學(xué)生工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

Strong presentation, communication and organization skills優(yōu)秀的的演講、交流及組織協(xié)調(diào)能力

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment擁有獨當(dāng)一面的工作能力及良好的團隊協(xié)作能力

Ability and willingness to travel 能夠并且愿意完成出差任務(wù)

Should be a Chinese Communist Party member 中共黨員
