Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the improvement of HML sales quality, streamlined HML process and cost effectiveness of HML business. Contribute to foster a communication and interaction platform between HML related departments (CCR/CDT OPS) and frontline sales.
Support daily HML team management.
Maintain HSBC internal control standards,implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor or above education background (recognized by the state)
2. Result-driven, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good spoken and written English
