(1)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的多重性,即不僅傳授學(xué)生知識(shí)與技能,而且還要強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程與方法,以及學(xué)生情感、態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng);

(2)教學(xué)資源的構(gòu)建性,即要求根據(jù)教材提供的資源與建議,重新組織課程資源;

(3)教學(xué)過程的生成性,即要考慮到教學(xué)過程中有創(chuàng)新的成分,不可預(yù)見的成分;

(4)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的開放性,即提倡求疑、創(chuàng)新。

Ⅱ.論述題

終身教育包括教育的各個(gè)方面、各個(gè)部分,是指從一個(gè)人出生的瞬間一直到生命終結(jié)的整個(gè)過程的不間斷的發(fā)展;也包括在教育發(fā)展過程中各個(gè)階段之間緊密而相互依存的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。終身教育并不是單純的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校教育的延伸,而是包括一切正規(guī)教育、非正規(guī)教育和非正式教育。

終身教育發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是世界各國(guó)廣泛認(rèn)可的教育思想,終身教育理論主要可以概括為幾個(gè)方面:

第一,現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步需要終身教育。終身教育理論認(rèn)為,教育應(yīng)該是貫穿一個(gè)人一生以及人的發(fā)展各個(gè)階段的持續(xù)不斷的過程,教育活動(dòng)并不隨著學(xué)校教育和學(xué)習(xí)過程的結(jié)束而結(jié)束。

第二,終身教育的內(nèi)容和方法不固定。終身教育的任務(wù)是為了使人 "學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)",養(yǎng)成學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣和獲得繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)所需要的各種技能,從而更好地應(yīng)付未來社會(huì)和生活的挑戰(zhàn)。終身教育的目的是為了適應(yīng)個(gè)體在智力、情感、性別、社會(huì)、精神等方面的需要,應(yīng)把教育看作一個(gè)持續(xù)的過程,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇個(gè)性的、靈活的教學(xué)方法。因此終身教育沒有固定的、規(guī)定的教育內(nèi)容和方法。

第三,終身教育是未來教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。終身教育模式的建立一方面能促進(jìn)教育的民主化和現(xiàn)代化,另一方面,也有助于沖破傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校的固化機(jī)制,在教育活動(dòng)中采用多種多樣的組織形式、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)手段。
